The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the vildey website accessible at https://vildey.cam, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "vildey" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform, a company incorporated and licensed under an internationally recognized offshore gaming jurisdiction.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a Member on the Platform, used to access all betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total IDR-denominated funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive values credited to a Member's Account by vildey that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by vildey before processing any withdrawal from a Member's Account.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and processed on the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery market, or other offering made available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is not permitted under the terms of vildey's international gaming license.

By accessing vildey, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You further confirm that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vildey with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain an Account on vildey, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction that is not a Prohibited Territory under vildey's licensing terms.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of vildey or any of its affiliated service providers.
6. You must not have previously had an Account closed, restricted, or terminated by vildey for breach of these Terms.
7. You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by vildey, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account per person: Each individual may register and hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or payment information — is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vildey will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes, including your email address, phone number, or bank account details.
• No transfer of Account: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Balance held within it to any third party.

vildey reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason. Approval of registration is at the sole discretion of vildey's compliance team.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, vildey requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process may be initiated at any time at vildey's discretion.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated with in the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri transfers).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from vildey may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. Accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified to vildey's satisfaction may be permanently closed, with deposits returned to the original payment method where possible.

vildey accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on vildey:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the originating account.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Member's Account.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Account Balance within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. vildey is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• vildey does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees in accordance with their own fee schedules — these are the Member's responsibility.
• vildey reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit that triggers an internal AML (anti-money laundering) review threshold.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the Member's most recent deposit, as a primary anti-fraud measure.
• Verified Account withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 1–3 hours for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), subject to the receiving institution's processing times.
• vildey does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money Balance (net of any uncleared Bonus Funds) is withdrawable.
• vildey reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Processing time for such requests may be extended up to 3 business days while checks are completed.

vildey reserves the right to decline or reverse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. The Member will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

vildey periodically offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing Members. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. vildey reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is governed by its own specific Terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's Terms, the specific promotion's Terms take precedence.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at least 10 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Some promotions carry higher wagering multipliers — always check the individual promotion terms.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, roulette, and low-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirement clearance. Contribution percentages are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry window from the date of credit. Any uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without prior notice beyond the promotion's published expiry date.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any one time unless vildey explicitly specifies otherwise in a multi-bonus promotional structure.
• vildey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect ongoing wagers already in progress.

vildey offers a wide range of betting and gaming products to Indonesian players, including football betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international tournaments including Piala AFF), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, live casino games, and slot gacor titles. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. vildey does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse any confirmed Bet except in cases where the Platform has made an obvious error in the publication of odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a manifest error — including the display of incorrect odds due to a technical fault — vildey reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to the Member's Balance without additional compensation.
• For sporting events, Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PT Liga Indonesia Baru for BRI Liga 1). Where a result is subject to an official appeal, settlement may be delayed pending the final confirmed result.
• For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming or other certified studios, the game provider's results are final and binding. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, settled results will stand where a round has been fully completed; unsettled rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
• For togel lottery markets, results are determined by the official draw of the referenced lottery (e.g., Singapore Pools for SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for HK). vildey is not responsible for delays in official draw publications.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per Bet are set by vildey and may vary by product, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vildey. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any assumed identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place Bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other parties to manipulate the outcome of any event on which Bets are accepted.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a Platform error are not payable and will be void.
• Conducting any transaction on the Platform that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit made to your vildey Account through your bank or payment provider.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place Bets using your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP obfuscation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vildey's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vildey shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if vildey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on any information, odds, or game data published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be erroneous.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vildey's liability for death or personal injury caused by vildey's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vildey.

vildey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, vildey collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification (KYC) and age confirmation.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and Bet settlements.
• Anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention compliance.
• Delivering personalized promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them).
• Improving Platform performance and user experience.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Betting access is suspended immediately upon activation.

Either party may terminate a Member's Account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by the Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vildey's customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Termination by vildey: vildey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• vildey has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the Account.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Continuation of the Account would expose vildey to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed by vildey for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in full, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

vildey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, vildey will notify registered Members via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, providing at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the Terms & Conditions page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vildey holds its international online gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not produce a resolution within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as specified by vildey's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
